The operator of the Zoznamdarcekov service (zoznamdarcekov.sk and darkovyseznam.cz, the "Service") is maga studio s.r.o., Budmerice 507, 900 86 Budmerice, IČO: 50687191, DIČ: 2120428706, IČ DPH: SK2120428706 (the "Operator"). Contact: podpora@zoznamdarcekov.sk.
By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
The Service is an online tool for creating and sharing gift lists (wishlists). It lets you create lists, share them via a link, reserve gifts, and organise group or money collections.
The Service is only a record-keeping and coordination tool. Purchases and payments do not take place through the Service.
2. Account and registration
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. User content
You are responsible for the content you add (titles, descriptions, images, links, messages). You agree not to post unlawful, deceptive, offensive or infringing content.
The Operator may remove content or close an account that breaches these terms or applicable law.
4. Payments and money contributions — important
The Service is NOT a payment service provider or payment intermediary. For group and money collections, payments happen DIRECTLY between users (e.g. contributor → collection coordinator, or contributor → recipient).
The Operator does NOT hold, transfer or intermediate any money. It only records pledges and helps users coordinate.
Anyone with the link to a list can mark themselves as the collection coordinator. The Operator does not verify users' identity or the correctness of payment details (IBAN, phone, email).
You send money AT YOUR OWN RISK. Before sending, verify that you personally know and trust the recipient, that the payment details are correct, and that you are really communicating with that person and not someone impersonating them. The Operator is NOT LIABLE for any misuse, fraud, or failure to send or deliver money or a gift.
5. Affiliate links
Some links to e-shops may be affiliate links — the Operator may earn a commission from a purchase made through such a link. This does not affect the price for you.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available in the Service footer.
8. Changes and governing law
The Operator may change these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
