Privacy Policy

Account: email address, name (optional) and password (stored encrypted).

Profile: an optional "AI profile" (text you write to describe yourself for gift suggestions) and an optional profile picture.

Content you create: lists and gifts (titles, descriptions, links, images, prices).

Reservations and contributions: email, name (optional), phone (optional, for a collection coordinator), contribution amount, and an optional message.

Technical data: IP address (abuse protection and view counting), basic logs, and cookies necessary for operation.

Marketing (with consent only): email addresses of invited contacts in the "Invite friends" feature.

Providing the Service (account, lists, reservations) — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Operational emails (confirmations, collection notifications) — performance of a contract and legitimate interest in running the Service.

Marketing emails (invites, news) — solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Security, spam and abuse protection — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Supabase — database, authentication and file storage (EU data center, Frankfurt).

Railway — web application hosting.

Websupport — email sending (SMTP) and domain services.

Anthropic (Claude) — generating gift suggestions. Only the text you provide for that purpose (AI profile / list description) is sent; never passwords or payment details. Processed in the USA under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection for forms.

Sentry — technical error monitoring (privacy-first, no personal content).

Account data and content (lists, gifts) are kept while you have an account, or until you delete them. After account closure, data is removed.

Reservations and contributions are kept while active, or for as long as needed for the collection.

Marketing contacts are kept until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time (an unsubscribe link is in every marketing email).

Submit requests to podpora@zoznamdarcekov.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Slovakia, the Office for Personal Data Protection).

We use essential cookies needed for sign-in and operation. If we deploy analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent.
